Bernheim 7 yo Straight Wheat to whiskey pszeniczna produkowana w Heaven Hill - rodzinnej destylarni z siedzibą w Bardstown w stanie Kentucky, założonej krótko po zniesieniu prohibicji w 1935 roku, przez rodzinę Shapiro oraz potomków legendarnego Jim Beam'a.
Bernheim to pierwsza whiskey od czasu prohibicji, która wykorzystuje w swym składzie pszenicę ozimą jako podstawowe zboże. Dojrzewa przez 7 lat. Pierwotnie produkowana była w gorzelni o tej samej nazwie, założonej przez dwóch niemieckich osadników w 1881 roku. Obecnie marka oraz budynek destylarni należy do Heaven Hill.
Zapach: Delikatny, ale wyrazisty creme brulee, goździki, cynamon, brzoskwinie z bitą śmietaną.
