Chassagne-Montrachet to apelacja utworzona w 1937 roku, z powierzchnią około 300 hektarów winnic z czego 3/4 terenu stanowią uprawy Chardonnay. Obejmuje 55 regionów klimatycznych sklasyfikowanych jako Premier Cru.
Chassagne Montrachet 1-er Cru Chenevottes to wyjątkowa działka o powierzchni 1,9 hektara, położona w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie prestiżowej apelacji Montrachet. Zwrócona na południowy zachód, co nadaje winu wyjątkową czystość i aromatyczną świeżość.
W roku 2023 zbiory rozpoczęły się 5 września, a zakończyły 16 września. Owoce zbierano ręcznie a następnie starannie sortowano. Fermentacja w beczkach trwała 15-20 dni, a następnie wino leżakowało na osadzie.
Chassagne Montrachet 1-er Cru Chenevottes ma jasnozłoty kolor, aromat z kwiatowymi nutami przeplatającymi się z aromatami skórki cytrusowej, moreli, nut miodowych i dębu. W smaku złożone z długim finiszem.
