Zamyka ją od północy las, który chroni ją przed zimnymi wiatrami. Odsłonięta na południe, łagodnie nachylony, korzysta z maksymalnego nasłonecznienia. Ze względu na ekspozycję, dzięki oceanicznemu klimatowi i obecności bardzo blisko Loary i jej dopływów w winnicy panuje specyficzny mikroklimat.
Cremant de Loire Les Quarterons to kompozycja 60% Chenin, 30% Chardonnay i 10 % Cabernet Franc. Owoce zbierane są ręcznie. Każda odmiana winogron jest poddawana winifikacji osobno przy użyciu lokalnych drożdży. Zgodnie z tradycyjną metodą wino bazowe jest butelkowane, a druga fermentacja odbywa się w butelkach. Dojrzewanie trwa 24 miesiące.
