Elements of Islay Peat to torfowa whisky blended malt zestawiona z nieokreślonych whisky single malt z północy i południa wyspy Islay. Wersja Peat zadebiutowała w 2016 roku, jako uzupełnienie serii Elements of Islay wprowadzonej na rynek w 2008 roku przez niezależną firmę Elixir Distillers.

Aby podkreślić "medyczny" charakteru torfu (ang. peat) z wyspy Islay cała seria Elements of Islay zamykana jest w charakterystyczne, niskie butelki z dużym korkiem, przypominające apteczne flakony.

Zapach: świeży, ziemisty, roślinny torf, morska bryza, cytrusy (pomarańcze, cytryny) z waniliowym lukrem.

Smak: dym, słód, z elementami syropu owocowego, wanilii, mlecznej czekolady i lekko pikantnego torfu.

Finisz: średnio długi, lekko słony, dymny z nutą wanilii, owoców i słodkich przypraw.
